About Our Global Office

Our Global Office is a hosted SharePoint solution that gives businesses of all sizes the opportunity to reduce costs, improve productivity and reduce the requirement for a physical office.

Until recently, solutions like Our Global Office were available only to large corporate organisations with deep pockets. The advent of "software as a service" and cloud computing are giving smaller businesses access to solutions that previously required large IT investments at a fraction of a cost. The Our Global Office solution gives small businesses the ability to access their information anywhere, anytime using any device that has an Internet connection.

Suzette Bailey is the CEO and Sales Manager for Our Global Office. She has over 10 years experience in assisting organisations manage their information more effectively. Suzette also manages an information management consultancy firm in Australia that delivers high end advice to Australian Government agencies. Our Global Office gives small to medium sized businesses the opportunity to access Suzette's years of experience in managing information.

Suzette is an experienced project manager who is an expert in delivering Information Management solutions. Her portfolio includes implementing content management systems for several Australian government agencies, developing and managing large websites, and providing project management services for information management projects. She has significant experience with collaborative technologies and how these cause headaches for information and records managers.

Suzette regularly presents at information management conferences in Australia and Singapore. She understands how to deliver solutions that benefit both users and the business and is regularly asked to speak on topics relating to information management and improving business processes.

Jeremy Taylor

Jeremy Taylor has over 9 years in supporting small to medium sized businesses with their IT infrastructure and applications. He has been involved in many projects in Australia and in other countries.

Currently, Jeremy supports various Australian Government agencies in varying degrees and also supporting customers in the private sector. His extensive experience in architecture and supporting infrastructure for Microsoft SharePoint will provide Our Global Office customers a very satisfying experience of their service.

Terri Morgan

Terri has extensive experience in information technology, information management systems, content management systems, enterprise content management, business analysis, process design, and technical documentation. She has led the development efforts for the Wudang Research Association web site, one of the oldest continually-operating English/Chinese language sites for over 14 years.

Terri has over 25 years of published work, including three books. She has been an invited speaker, presenter, and performer at national and international events. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri in the US midwest, Terri currently lives in central Florida.

In addition to native English and near-native Mandarin, she has studied Spanish and can read a little French, Italian, Portuguese, German, and Classical Greek. Terri is a member of the MIT Enterprise Forum of South Florida - Fire Circle, the Gerson-Lehrman Council of Advisors and American Mensa. Terri has served as a mentor for TechXplore, a US National Science and Technology Education Partnership program for high school students.
